Ingredients:
- 1 cup and 1/2 teaspoon of wheat flour
- 1 cup and 1/2 of milk
- 1 very mature banana nanica
- 2 tablespoons of baking powder Royal
- 1 tablespoon coffee salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 2 eggs lightly beaten (not to create foam)
- Spread oil
- 2 tablespoons of crystal sugar dessert
- 2 tablespoons butter
Way of doing:
- Take a bowl and mix the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
- Take a blender and whip milk along with the banana and
- In a deep bowl lightly beat the eggs so they do not make the foam that always happens when it knocks.
- Melt the butter in a cup in the microwave for thirty seconds and add the milk beaten with banana and mix well until smooth.
- Put the remaining ingredients including the vanilla essence and save for 5 minutes.
- With a 15 cm non-stick bottom skillet, take a few drops of oil and place on low heat to heat
- To not measure the wrong pancakes take a ladle and put the dough always keeping 2 minutes of the first side and a minute and a half in the second, then remove and save.
- Fill with whatever you want, honey, chocolate, curd, jellies, etc ...
