Dublin Coddle



Ingredients:

2 potatoes cut into slice
200 grams of bacon (or more)
300 grams of sausage
1 shot whole milk
½ cup parsley and chopped spring onions
Black pepper to taste
Salt to taste

Method of preparation:

Take a pot and heat 1.5 liter of water, then place the potato, bacon, onion, sausage in the pan, leave cooking for about 40 minutes. When the broth thickens put milk and stir, then place the sausage along with the chive mix and turn off the fire.
