Ingredients:
- 16 slices of bread form
- 2 eggs
- 300 g of cream without milk
- Sliced Ham
- Gruyère cheese or thick grated ementhal
- Nutmeg and salt to taste
Method of preparation:
- First, take a bowl and mix the eggs, sour cream, salt and nutmeg until it forms a very homogeneous cream and then store.
- Then take a baking sheet and 8 slices of bread, put them on the baking sheet and put half of the cream on top of all the slices making them well moist.
- Then put slices of ham and grated cheese on top and cover with the remaining slices of bread and wipe the remaining cream and add more grated cheese.
- Then bring to the preheated oven until the cheese melts and until golden brown.
