Blender's salted pie





Ingredients - Pasta


  • 3 eggs
  • 13 tablespoons whole wheat flour
  • 1 and 1/2 cup milk
  • 3 tablespoons cheese
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup of oil
  • Salt to taste


Ingredients- Filling


  • 1 onion
  • Garlic and salt to taste
  • 1 red pepper
  • 2 tomatoes without skin
  • oregano
  • 1 black pepper
  • Green smell
  • oil


How to prepare - Filling



  1. In a pan with oil, place the onion and garlic to brown.
  2. Add the selected filling and saute
  3. Put the remaining ingredients and cook for a few minutes


How to prepare - Pasta


  1. Beat all the pasta ingredients in the blender and add the yeast
  2. Grease a rectangular shape with margarine and sprinkle with wheat flour
  3. Pour the dough and carefully spread the filling
  4. If desired, sprinkle cheese on top
  5. Preheat oven to 180º C and bake for approximately 40 minutes
