Cinnamon is a spice that came from South Asia, the tree from which the cinnamon is born is called a shin guard and varies from 10 to 15 meters, it is withdrawn from the inside of the bark of the tree trunk, used in medicine to cure colds And in the cooking like condiment, flavorings, preparation of some dishes.
Uses of cinnamon for medicine:
V If a daily teaspoon is used it lowers blood sugar and lowers cholesterol
V Cinnamon oil resembles morphine and there are no side effects, it serves for pain and infection.
